DESCRIPTION
Polyaspartic polyurea resin with superior UV resistance and durability for resin quartz.
2 compounds A+B
PRIMING
- Required on non-porous substrates (ceramic/glazed tiles, cement floors).
- Use 2-Component Cement Insulation with roll application.
(Waiting time: 2–3 days before applying resin quartz). - For porous substrates (marble, natural stone), close the pores with any suitable solution.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Remove oil, grease, wax, cement laitance, loose particles and contaminants.
- Ceramic tiles must be cleaned and mechanically abraded where required.
- Surface must be completely dry before application.
- Material must not come into contact with water until fully dry.
- Keep tools clean during application (with white spirit).
- After finishing and curing (see technical characteristics), apply a final roll coat with A+B mixed (without quartz) as top coat and leave for 24 hours.
MIXING
- Open bucket A (resin quartz) and mix with bucket B (hardener).
- Mix well with a low-speed mixer until uniform.
- Mixing ratio 2:1 (2 parts A : 1 part B).
- For every 25kg quartz add 1.245 Liter of A+B (A 830ml + B 415ml) mixed.
- Add the A+B to the quartz and mix together.
- Working time: maximum 45 minutes after mixing.
- For TOP COAT use 7,5 Liter A+B mixed, you can cover 35 m².
- Important: This resin mixture is working only with 1–6mm quartz size.
- Minimum finished thickness: 10mm (12mm-15mm for parking).
- Suitable for: Driveway, Floors Interior & Exterior, Walkways, Pools & Landscaping.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Application temperature: 0°C to +35°C
- Temperature resistance: -40°C to +120°C
- Humidity: ≤85% (RH)
- Flooring drying time: 8–12h (after 24h you can step on it)
- Parking drying time: 24h, then need a top coat with roll with the same material without the quartz (after 5 days you can park on it)
STORAGE
- 12 months from production date, stored in original unopened packaging.
Protect from direct sun exposure and frost. Storage temperature: 0°C – 35°C.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Always wear protective gloves and glasses and avoid contact. May cause allergy.
- If the material comes in touch with your eye add a lot of water without touching. And get in touch with your doctor and seek medical advice.
- The content is not flammable but keep away from heat, flames, sparks, hot surfaces because the bucket is plastic.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
